Pre-Disturbance Inventories

EcoPoint offers comprehensive pre-disturbance inventory services to support responsible land development practices in compliance with the ECMC regulations, as well as requirements from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and other land managers. Prior to the construction of well pads and other oil and gas infrastructure, our experienced team conducts thorough surveys to assess a range of environmental factors, including Terrestrial and Aquatic Wildlife Resources and Ecosystems, soil resources, topography characteristics, and potential erosion risks. In addition to these assessments, we also consider cumulative
impacts from past and ongoing development activities in the area.

By conducting comprehensive inventories and considering cumulative impacts, EcoPoint provides clients with valuable insights into the ecological characteristics of their project sites and identify potential environmental impacts before construction activities commence.

Our pre-disturbance surveys enable clients to develop effective land management plans, minimize disturbance to sensitive habitats, and implement appropriate mitigation measures to protect natural resources. By partnering with EcoPoint for pre-disturbance surveys, clients can demonstrate their commitment to sustainable land development practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental best practices.
